Our small private hotel has been run by the Marsh family for over 20 years. Originally the Victorian property was the Rectory belonging to the pretty little Church of St. Denys, which stands directly opposite. The hotel stands in a prime position in relation to the city centre and all attractions.
Dining Room: The dining room comfortably seats thirty at individual tables and all the meals are freshly cooked by resident chef.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have en suite facilities, colour television and direct dial telephones, tea and coffee trays to suit your individual needs.

How to find us:
Whichever direction you approach York from, you will arrive at the outer ring road - go onto the ring road and take the shortest circuit to the York - Hull A1079 junction.
Taking the turn off signposted York A1079, drive along this road for 2.4 miles, until you see the old Bar Walls at the traffic lights, take the centre lane, drive through the walls, 500 yards down Walmgate you have to turn left, you will see the St. Denys just around the corner on your left.
