A picturesque 18 acre stock grazing farm, old red brick and oak beamed farmhouse. The comfortably furnished rooms includes guests own lounge with Inglenook fireplace. Colour TV, Dining room and conservatory. All rooms are en-suite, 1 Twin and 4 Singles. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities. Evening meals are available to order.
Visitors are free to enjoy the atmosphere of the farm and its pleasant walled garden and grounds. We are situated in the beautiful and unspoiled countryside of the Derbyshire dales where pleasant walks are at their best. The Peak Park is within easy reach, as is Dovedale and the Manifold and Churnet Valleys. There is a wide and varied selection of places to visit ranging from the historical splendour of Chatsworth House, Haddon, Sudbury, Keddleston and Hardwick Halls. Carsington reservoir, the Potteries, to the white knuckle rides of Alton Towers, and the American Adventure theme parks.

The Cottage Contains:
A Fourposter bed, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, shaver point, phone, colour TV, radio, food processor, cot, high chair, electric fire, night storage heaters.
All linen provided and electricity by meter, the first £7 is free.
Outside there is ample parking for 2 cars, barbecue and garden furniture, a large grassed area suitable for picnics or play.
