Why not to take a break at friendly family run guest house in central Brighton's Kemptown? Our town guest house is only 50 metres from the sea. 'There are parking restrictions, but 24 hour parking vouchers are available for £5'. A short walk will take you to the town's main attractions such as the picturesque Royal Pavilion, conference venue, historic Lanes, Marina, Brighton Pier and Sea Life Centre. It is also centrally located for pubs, clubs, restaurants, cinemas and theatres.
All our nine bedrooms have private showers and toilets en-suite and are decorated to a very high standard offering hospitality trays, hair dryers, colour television and central heating. Three of the rooms have been converted into extra large rooms and in addition to the above facilities have silent fridges. One of these large rooms has a beautiful four poster perfect for that romantic break.
The family, Joe and Eileen McCluskey with John, their son, take particular pride in providing their excellent, generous full English breakfast, either traditional or vegetarian.
